Over three decades ago Electronica identified a need for modern technology within the tool-making industry,  and in 1973 the company was formed to provide a range of solutions to a Global customer base.

Today, Electronica still shares those same core values and prides itself on the investment it makes in people, new technology and its clients. It is this approach to business and relationships that has turned the company into a multi-product, Global Group with a turnover in excess of $86m US dollars.

Recent expansion includes the establishment of a UK based division providing the Sales & Technical Support  requirements to existing customers as well as focusing on targeting new market sectors in new territories, that
will ensure Electronica continues its tradition of organic growth and cutting edge product development.

Headed by Dr. Mark Hudman (11-years former technical Director of Newall Measurement Systems Limited) and Mr. R. Matthews (former Sales Director of Newall Measurement Systems Limited and Business Manager of Fagor Automations UK operations). These two individuals have over 25-years of Digital-readout, CNC and measurement experience between them.
