EL400 Ball-Scale Digital Readout Series
The EL400 Digital readout is now available with a direct Ball-scale encoder interface. Making it an ideal replacement for a failed DRO or as a cost effective upgrade where a higher level of performance is desired.
The EL400 allows for direct connection of both 5mm and 12.7mm ball-encoders with 9-pin D-connectors and older round-pin encoder systems with an adaptor cable. The advanced processing and purpose designed power-supply provides for greater signal stability and resolutions to 1mm from a 12.7mm ball-scale.
These application specific DRO’s all have dedicated 1-touch function and axis zero keys. The 4-axes Mill versions also provide internal summing of both Knee and Quill axes without the need for expensive additional external electronics.
