GS126 11mA Optical Retrofit Encoder
The GS126-11 is a Glass Optical encoder specifically designed as a near direct replacement for legacy 40mm period 11mA optical encoders used both on older CNC applications and manual machine tools.
Unlike some other solutions offered the signals to the control or Digital Readout system come direct from the encoder without the need for additional processing electronics. In addition the mechanical over-travel is less than half that of some competitors products at only 105mm meaning that no machine travel need to be sacrificed.
An ideal replacement or first fit encoder for manual machine tools, EDM, Wire-cut or applications where high resolution and accuracy are required at an affordable price.
